What is your shipping time?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Shipping times vary based on your location and carrier. If your order ships in multiple packages, you’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

We accept returns within 21 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging and condition. If your return is approved, you’ll receive your money back for the item(s) returned. If an item has opened packaging, we can offer store credit only (unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect on arrival). Please contact us AS SOON AS YOU KNOW YOUR ITEMS DAMAGED delivery with your order number and photos/video of the issue so we can make it right. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error.
